We provide a 24 hour emergency on call technician that will respond to after hour emergencies. We also help you become familiar with your new rental unit so you are confident in dealing with minor issues should they arise. All issues should be reported to the office. We are interested in your comfort and the condition of the property. Help us to keep the property in really good condition. Report anything that you notice that could be harmful to the condition of the property. The owner’s will appreciate your concern about things you notice and report.
