We thoroughly qualify tenants through performing background Credit Checks, Employment Verifications, Previous Housing References, Check Civil Court Filings and Check Criminal Court Filings. We advertise using several methods and sources that are very successful. We design and publish advertising to ensure your units are leased in a timely manner. We maintain a simple useful web site. We collect rents and deposits; collect tenant related charges. We make payment of authorized property related expenses and provide copies; provide monthly cash flow statements; provide annual statements and a 1099. We provide placement only service for your rental units if that is your choice. This service and others can be designed based on your needs. Tower maintains a firm policy regarding timely payment of rent. This policy avoids potential problems. Should legal eviction be necessary, Tower can arrange for legal service, administer and coordinate the process Information is available to an owner relative to changes in landlord/tenant laws and tax laws regarding your investment.
